Series X vs Series S
The Series X has a disc drive and a bigger cooling system. The Series S is all-digital, smaller, and runs warm in tight spaces. Both use an HDMI port soldered to the main board, and both can be cleaned and repasted to run cool and quiet again.
Older Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles get the same care. They’re often the dustiest machines we open, and a good clean can make a huge difference.

Straight answers
My Xbox Series S has no picture. Is it the HDMI port?
Most of the time, yes — especially if the console still makes its startup sound and the light comes on. We confirm it before you pay anything. The Series S HDMI repair is $100.
Do you fix the Series X disc drive?
Yes, for $109. The Series S doesn’t have a disc drive, so that one only applies to the Series X.
Will I lose my games?
No. Your games and saves are tied to your Xbox account and stored on the console, and none of these repairs touch that.
