How does my friend use my code?
Send them your link, or tell them your code. They can type it when they book online or mail in, or give it at the counter. It takes $10 off their first repair of $40 or more.
When do I get my credit?
As soon as your friend’s repair is paid. We text you when it lands, and you can see your balance here anytime.
How do I use my credit?
Give us your phone number at checkout and we’ll take it off. Credit can cover up to half of any bill, and it lasts 12 months from the last time you earned some.
Who counts as a friend?
Anyone who hasn’t had a repair with us before. Each person can use a friend code once. You can’t use your own code.
Is there a limit?
No. Every friend earns you $10, and you unlock bigger rewards at 3, 5 and 10 friends.
What is VIP?
For a year, your repairs go to the front of the line. At 10 friends you also get a free same-day upgrade once a month.
Friend discount: new customers only, one per person, on a first repair of $40 or more; not combined with partner-shop pricing. Credit is earned when the friend’s repair is paid, can cover up to half of a bill, has no cash value and expires 12 months after you last earned credit. Console Doctor may change or end the program; credit you’ve already earned stays good until it expires.
