    Reach out

Walk in anytime, book a repair online, or fill out our shipping form if you’re not local. No appointment needed for a walk-in.

  2. 02

    Diagnose & quote

Most repairs have a posted price, so you know the cost at drop-off. If we need to look first, we text you a firm price before any work. Nothing is due until it’s fixed — and if we can’t fix it or you decide not to, the only charge is the $39 diagnostic.

  3. 03

    We fix it

Our techs get to work — from a straightforward part swap to board-level micro-soldering under the microscope. Most repairs are done in 1–2 business days, or same day for $40 more. Dead consoles are usually 1–3 days; advanced board work takes 5–10 business days.

In plain terms: simple swaps get fixed fast; trickier boards get precise, microscope-level repair.

  4. 04

    Pick up or ship back

Grab it in-store, or we ship it right back to your door. Payment is due once the repair is complete.

Follow along the whole way. Every repair gets its own tracking page with status updates, photos from the bench, and a way to message us.
